How to use an external video service with EMDRremote.com

Our BLS tool works with any video service!

However, due to limitations with how tablets and mobile devices handle multitasking, you may not be able to see or hear your client while the lightbar is in use by your client. This is a limitation of mobile devices and not EMDRremote.com

These are the steps you can take with your client to use another service:

You and your client open both EMDRremote.com and your other video program.
The client will need to have EMDRremote.com up on their screen and minimize the video program (so that they are focused on the lightbar).
Switch back and forth between applications as necessary.
