How to choose the right video service

EMDRremote video service: Works on all devices other than apple devices and the BLS audio does work on PC's and android tablets External Video Service: if you want to use our BLS tool "side by side" with another video service (such as zoom).

EMDRremote Video Service

Our EMDRremote Video Service works on all PC's, Mac computers Android devices for standard video calls, the lightbar and BLS audio. iOS does not currently support bilateral audio.

We recommend Chrome or Firefox.

Doxy.me

Doxy.me works on all devices for standard video calls and using the lightbar, but does not work in the Safari browser. Also, BLS audio will not work on tablets or mobile devices.

We recommend Chrome or Firefox.

External Video Services (such as Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, etc)

Our BLS tool works with any external video service on any device. However, due to limitations with how tablets and mobile devices handle multitasking, you may not be able to see or hear your client while the lightbar is in use by your client. This is a limitation of mobile devices and not EMDRremote.com
